eBay (probably not first or last to ask this!)

Sold clothing item on eBay. Took pics of manufacturers' size tags and used in description, item sold. Posted item. Same morning buyer contacted me querying the size of it, I referred them to the description pics. Now had a message saying they will just return if doesn't fit.
I'm not a bloody shop?! I hardly use eBay so I'm not worried about risking negatives etc. AI/WIBU to tell them tough luck?

The buyer could be hitler reborn and eBay would side with them 9 times out of 10 I'm afraid.

I sell a lot on eBay and for every easy sale I wonder when I will get a nutter

that will be the end of my eBay selling career so the local charity shop will be getting a nice donation instead

This is me too. I very rarely sell on Ebay now because it's become such hard work. Even writing really detailed descriptions and being very clear about an item still leads to loads of stupid questions from some buyers. It's a shame as I have had some truly lovely buyers but the morons and/or piss-takers drive me nuts. There's just too many of them these days.
