To occasionally have a FB stalk of my ex?

Does everybody still do this? Or am I grade-A bonkers?

Just had a little peruse of an ex that I split up with 12 years ago. It was a bad bad relationship. He and I brought out the worst in each other and he vanished off the map for a while.

All of a sudden he popped up in my "people you may know" on facebook and, over the last few months, I've occasionally had a bit of a fb stalk out of curiosity. I would never add him nor want to see him again, but I really just wonder about him sometimes despite being a happily married mum with my dream job.

Tell me I'm not the only one?

OMG I fbk stalk EVERYONE!

Honestly, the people I stalk would be HORRIFIED. I don't even really care, but it's a rabbit hole I get sucked into when eg I'm bored at work, or can't sleep. Then I suddenly think WTF am I even DOING!

Doesn't everyone? My friends and I still have each other's ex's on Facebook and swap phones and have a little nosey Grin

Definitely not the only one! I do it 😬

I feel odd as i don’t do this, couldn’t care less what they’re up to

We all do it. My two serious exes both seem to be happily married now. I'm pleased for them.

Oh my god, does LinkedIn seriously show people who has been searching for them?! That is AWFUL, as I've searched for loads of people on there Blush Just being nosy and seeing what people are up to, but they would be a bit weirded out to know I've searched for them.

Oh god, that's so cringe. I'm so embarrassed!
