Not to go cycling ten miles in the heat today

We live in the south of UK and been quite hot this weekend.

DH is surprised I was not keen to go on a family cycling trip ten miles today and said I should ask on MN as he feels I am being unreasonable and most would have been happy to do this.

I cycled 35 miles today, was warm on the uphills, but lovely coming down. I did go at 9am though to avoid the warmest part of the day.

We’re in the south too and enjoyed another warm sunny day. It wasn’t exactly scorching though so I would have happily done a bike ride. As it is we did an hour and a half dog walk this afternoon. However, if you didn’t fancy it then fair enough.
