Any sausage that is gluten free will say it very clearly - and at the "posh" end of the sausage aisle it's almost all of them. Heinz beans are GF, and I won't insult your intelligence by pointing out that potatoes are (you'll need to add dairy free spread when mashing instead of butter or milk). Tesco do a really good GF onion gravy too, if you fancied that instead of beans. It's just from their own brand.

Some drinks have gluten in them if they aren't just drinking water. Obviously fruit and barley, but weirdly also some others so check the ingredients list.

I wouldn't bother with the dairy free chocolate (it's chalky but also because she's probably in the habit of declining anything that looks unsafe). Haribo starmix are gluten/dairy free.

Oh and if you wanted a proper pudding crushed up meringue nests with strawberries will likely be wolfed down and doesn't involve weird gluten free cakes (taste like the desert).
