When they have the most irritating loud arrogant voice. Chat pure SHIT for an hour non stop. Especially when it’s about topics you know a lot about due to work/studies and what they are saying is wrong.

I felt completely sorry for the poor girl he was obviously on a first date with
He concluded the date with “To conclude our first meeting let me just leave you with a thought that’s stuck with me for several years. I realised that I’ll never be able to learn about the entire history of the world. When I found that out, I was struck, saddened, depressed, enraged. What a shame. Even though I read many books a week, I’ll never know the world’s history. I feel I’m missing out on many of man’s great challenges”

Oh do fuck off you pompous sod.

I even caught myself humming in order to try block this drivvel out!

What was quite amusing was the fact that he was waffling on about something that I was actually writing a research paper on as he spoke! The very topic! I should have perhaps gone over to him and asked him if he could spot any correction as he sounded so knowledgeable on it not !

I agree forceofhabit, would be great to have that level of certainty about oneself!

How did you manage not to stop him and correct him?! 😂 I would've found it hard not to correct glaring rubbish. That poor girl!
