What can I do about my saggy boobs?

Shamelessly posting here for traffic and have obviously name changed Blush

I'm 10 months postpartum and have the saggiest boobs in the world.

For context, I'm a small person - 26, 5'2 and just over 7 1/2 stone. I developed huge bazookas during pregnancy and just after the birth.

After unsuccessfully breastfeeding, my boobs just went ... south.

They're genuinely awful and I'm so embarrassed by them! My sex life has gone kaput and I can't bear to even look at them myself.

It's almost like there's no actual breast tissue left, just skin!

Is there anything in the world that could possibly help me besides surgery?!

1 year post partum and really want this thing where they remove fat from somewhere and inject it into your boobs! I wish the NHS had a list of recommended surgeons though as I just hear so many horror stories and if something went wrong getting an elective procedure id feel so guilty! It upsets me as my husband won't support me with any of it as he likes them, he doesn't care that I breastfed his son for a year and I hate the change to my body! He is so self conscious and I know if our baby had changed his body me saying I liked it wouldn't change a thing!

By the way my surgeon advised me not to have implants I just had the lift and it was perfect. Im glad I didn't have the implants as well now as they would be almost 30 years old and need replacing. As it is my mastopexy (uplift) surgery lasted and they still look good.

I'm a woman who dates women. I have yet to find a woman whose boobs I don't like touching.

Small boobs, scared boobs, big boobs, pert boobs, saggy boobs, barely there boobs, nippleless boobs, bouncy boobs, smooth boobs, hairy nipple boobs, uneven boobs - whatever If I get to touch them - I'm happy and I don't think I'm that different from most people who like boobs.

( I now feel like a teenager writing "I like boobies" on school desks in tipexx)

And for less intimate moments - there are all sorts of bras.

@spingiscomming what are scared boobs?? Grin

spingiscomming · 10/04/2019 07:30

@kaytee87

scarred - with scars - spelling mistake!

I think scared boobs is what happens just before a mammography though ;-)

😂😂 I thought it was some sort of slang that I didn't know about.

Agree with other posters they will recover somewhat, 10 months is nothing. I remember after breastfeeding my first I thought my boobs were awful but they did slowly plump up and after couple of years I was confident again. Unfortunately after 3rd child they are slightly more permenantly saggy but I've kind of come to terms with it now 😁 not braver enough or rich enough for a boob job
