My youngest daughter (at the front of the carousel horse) is 18 now, and has moved into supported accommodation (she has severe learning disabilities and is non-verbal). It's taken her a while to get used to the new set-up, but this photo shows that she's started to relax, and is really enjoying herself with her best friend.

I've been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive type of breast cancer which was already Stage 4 when it was discovered, so it's really important to me that she is happy and settled. This picture gives me hope that she will be okay without me.

@kingseven, he has been the centre of my world for the past 13 years- we've honestly never had a cross word. We were waiting for our kids to reach independence before we formalised everything (isn't there always something else to spend the money on?!), but the prospect of not having as much time as we had assumed meant that it was extra meaningful to us to be able to share a special day with the people we love. It was really a beautiful event.
