Joking with guy on a dating app about some exercise I’m doing and said I was practising my high kicks... he then added “don’t forget to stretch before, don’t want you to pull your groin!” Then random chit chat. Ew. Otherwise he has seemed fine! How do I reply? Red flag?

He wasn't being creepy. I don't think this was even flirty. Sounds like he is into health and was literally saying you could pull a muscle in the groin if you don't warm up properly. Definitely not a red flag.

As others have pointed out, he was giving you useful advice. To me it's bizarre that you're worried about his being aroused by a common sports injury just as it is that a few posters seem to think that your mentioning high kicks was provocative. Right. A date once said to me 'You want to avoid build-up of lactic acid when you''re out on the course'' and because I knew what that really meant I throatily murmured 'anterior cruciate ligament, darling' and of course we immediately fell into bed.
