Creme de la Mer - anyone think it’s any good?

Hi - just wondering if anyone had ever used any of this range and if it’s worth it? I was thinking about getting some today, but a serum is about £200! I asked the shop assistant for a sample; she said “no”. Is it just like any other serum? Usually I use an Ester Lauder serum which is about £70 - would I notice any difference? AIBU to suspect the whole thing is a nonsense?

I use the Lidl Cellular Beauty range which is meant to be a dupe of this I t think. Anyway it is fabulous stuff and when they don't have it in store there's usually someone selling it on eBay. It's so good I'm happy even to pay a premium for it!

sheworebluevelvet where is the estee factory shop please? We used to get huge goodie boxes via a friend who worked at a sister factory but sadly it closed down. I would happily travel to a factory shop.

CDLM is good for scarring. It's also the only cream I've tried where a "pea sized amount" does the job, despite beauty counter claims. Like most things though, it suits some skin more than other types.
