Losing the diet.....

Been dieting for 2 weeks and lost 5 pounds so far....I've been doing so well and really enjoying it. But now I'm losing it. I'm constantly hungry!
Please give me ideas on low calorie meals that will actually keep me full for a few hours?! I'm having a bowl of special k or museli for breakfast. And I've had a banana too as I was so hungry.

I'm aiming at 1200 calories a day and trying to do more exercise.

Yesterday I caved and had 2 digestive biscuits. I really don't want to go back to the other side where I eat a full pack of biscuits with a cup of tea.

@francienolan yes it is mfp. I am only 5ft 1 and currently weigh 10st 7

I'm on 1200 a day.

For breakfast I have either a boiled egg or 0% fat Greek yoghurt & blueberries. With a coffee.

Lunch is either a salad with ham or an apple. Today I had a Tarte au citron at a patisserie with a coffee.

Dinner 1 portion of hairy bikers dieters cottage pie with French beans & cauliflower. Pudding is some Greek yoghurt with stewed rhubarb.

I like 0% Greek yoghurt, I find it filling and creamy but it's low in calories. About 50 calories per portion. Tinned peaches are nice.

I like the process of eating, so low calorie veg and salad are good. Biscuits are awful for me because they are too quick to eat and high in calories.

I would try and choose things that take time to eat. Good luck.

I like Kellogg’s all bran golden crunch for breakfast. Even 30g is filling. Weetabix is also good. I like a scrambled egg and sautéed mushroom wrap too. Stay away from special k, it just isn’t filling enough.

I totally get you. I’m trying to stick to 1200 cals a day too. Lunches I’m making up salad boxes with a bit of couscous then some beetroot, chopped peppers, salad leaves, peppadews, a couple of falafels and a small amount of red pepper hummus. I find this quite filling.
