Trying to settle an argument with MIL, who thinks they are hugely inappropriate for early weaning. I don't see the problem with them.

I have strawberry ones in for baby when we have established weaning and I want him to have a different texture / less messy snack when out ... we go out a lot!

Looks fine, it’s a shack designed for the baby I am sure it had to pass some sort of health and safety test x x x

Yes!

My 7 month DGD has these as a wee treat. She has food allergies but can eat these. Her diet consists of lots of fruit and veg.

A bit of banana would be much better. But I don't see how this is inappropriate? I was expecting you to link us to something penis shaped, or a bottle of gin...

They're fine. Not for every meal but now and then they're fine. We use them when we're out.

3out · 30/03/2019 15:25

What’s her issue with them, is it that she thinks they’re like Rusks?

Unicornsbumhole · 30/03/2019 15:28

We tried these but be warned they are not mess free and when they've been gummed and sucked they turn into the most horrendous sticky glob like things that are impossible to get rid offEnvy
