Aibu to want a good coffee - recommendations for home machine

Does anyone have any recommendations for a coffee machine at home please?
Have got a tassimo but the uht style milk puts me off, and I would love to use my own milk.

Good beans filter paper and filterholder is all you need. Or cafetière as second best.

I’ve tried every possible way. But filter cone and paper and a Pyrex jug is the best. Closely followed by an Aeropress.

I have filter coffee machine ( about £15) and buy ground coffee from aldi is about £1.20 a bag - different varieties but the green Italian blend I like, I just warm the milk in a mug in microwave 30 secs and whisk it with a mini whisk then pour in coffee.

We are another de longhi bean to cup house. Which I love, but we used to have a very good Nespresso machine (high psi and temp, no fancy shit on the side = ie not he most expensive one, with a bodum glass milk frothed jug (£15 Amazon) on the side. Just as fab in my opinion, ignoring waste/ price of pods etc!
I’m all about the latte!
Avoid dulce gusto at all costs.
