I don’t mind most of those things to be honest. Each to their own. But I can’t stand the ‘copy and repost to show you care/are listening/support a cause’. I can support a cause without copy and pasting the meme or poem or sob story. I usually only ‘share’ the things people need to be made aware of, and that’s after fact checking for scams.

A 'friend' who has posted stuff about 'being honest and trustworthy' and 'beware of those who let you pour your heart out so they can gossip about what you told them' 2 or 3 times a week for the 2 years I've known her.

She herself isn't 2-faced. She's got one for every day of the fucking week and a few spares in case of emergencies.

YY to "name changed for this, possibly outing". Yeah right. No one admits to being on MN in RL let alone telling people your username. And then deleting the bloody thread as they've been "outed in RL". Oh please. Get over yourself.

And tagging yourself in hospital on FB then answering with a "I'll PM you hun" when all the "Oh no r u ok huns" roll in. hash tag drama llama.

I hate it when someone posts a relatively funny or witty comment on a post and people say 'you my friend win at the internet today'.....do they really? 🙄

I hate this one the most - along with 'I'm dead' as another response to something mildly amusing

'Me thinks' and when I mentioned my hatred for this on FB had quite a few people get offended that they use it all the time. Still haven't noticed them use it.
