Following on from the mingers thread....I am a heterosexual female and my girl crush is Pink. She's strong physically and mentally. She has strong values which she lives to and despite a jetset lifestyle, prioritises her family.
She's strong, clever and sexy.

Yes also Blake Lively, only just been aware of her recently and she's just stunning - so fresh and beautiful looking. Not sure I fancy her in a sexual way but would choose a night with her over a night with Ryan Reynolds any day so hey maybe I do.

Personality/admiration wise I would definitely say Vicky McClure, can't wait for LOD to come back on. She's amazing. (Dr?) Janina Ramirez, would love to have a good chat about history with her.

Faux as a straight woman, I’d say that a ‘girl crush’ is someone that you find sexy, even though you know that if it came down to it you wouldn’t actually want sex with them.

I’d put ‘women I admire’ into a different category.

So “girl-crushes” include Penelope Cruz and Eva Green. But not, for example, Emma Thompson (who I still adore despite her signing that ridiculous letter), because although she seems like an amazing woman she’s not my ‘type’ . But that’s just my random musings...

As a tennis fan, my girl crush is the Italian player Camila Giorgi. I would love to be as pretty and as athletic and attractively muscular as she is, and to hit the ball as hard! She comes across as quite aloof and self-contained and I like that too.

I also find the actress who plays Margo in the Durrells rather endearing.
