I've drawn up a meal plan. Only meat I'm buying is stewing beef and pork chops. 1 loaf of bread. 6 eggs. Fruit is only bananas. Veg are carrots, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, potatoes, courgette (sliced and frozen), tinned plum tomatoes. Other: Hummus, cheese.
