I restarted C25K a few weeks ago and am now pushing through week 3 and feeling great about myself - and somehow the weather seems to be raining on my non-run days, then clearing up for my wobbly efforts!

This morning I had my 3rd violin lesson, love it

I have the most gorgeous new rescue dog and he's settled into the family brilliantly, and is a total mummy's boy. Our last two dogs have been all about daddy, so this is a lovely novelty.

I have just made the most delicious gluten free lime and coconut cup cakes from an invented/adapted recipe, using coconut flour I found in Aldi.

Sorry you can't have any, the tin has gone to a friend to cheer her up.

Ariela, that was unfair of you to make us all salivate and then tell us that we can't have any delicious-sounding cupcakes.

I need cheering up. It is grey and rainy and horrible outside and I have to run errands after work.

But you know what would make the day so much better? Some lime and coconut cupcakes!

Dp went and booked our wedding today, then booked to give notice. One year today and I'll be Mrs DP! I can't really believe it. This man, this amazing, kind, humble and handsome fella wants to be with me for the rest of his life! Me. Wow.

After a year of awful depression I may have found the right meds and right dose to be turning a corner.

This week I've felt better than in a very long time and although I have a long way to go, I have hope again.
