Yes itโ€™s not AIBU topic but traffic and worried etc . Sorry !
A month or so ago fell and landed on knees hard with all my weight on them ๐Ÿ˜–
Really painful for a week
Then it ababated but now worse again and limping
I am Pretty active and cycle most days

I know GP canโ€™t help but has anyone had this ? Work FT and cycle every day so if I need physio will pay for it . Just worried I might have damaged something and I need my knees to be pain free

Just curious if anyone ever had this happen to them and where you get them checked out

Thanks

Sympathies, knee injuries are a nightmare. I tore my meniscus doing sports. It took forever to heal but is fine now. I had lung surgery and that was a doddle to recover from in comparison. It's just really frustrating when you can't get around sports massage helps as it can throw all sorts of things out of balance.
