to ask what a moderate risk means in relation to mental health

My ds is usually given low risk from his psychiatrist however this time his psychiatrist has given him morderate risk. I know the thresholds for adult with mental health are much higher than with children. So for an adult to be given a morderate risk does this mean by ds is really at risk?

Depends what it's in relation to. Dd is at moderate risk of relapse because she has an underlying lifelong condition (autism). She can only access adult mental health services through the nhs when things escalate, however the university is providing weekly counselling and support now.
