Dr says he is underweight but I knew that. Have tried every good under the sun. He is not a fussy eater - oysters, squid, octopus he actually chooses to eat on holiday! (No one else in the family could face them). At home he is only interested in orange juice and processed food. I cook organic food mostly only to find he has stuffed his face with the 'treats\snacks.

Can we describe an underweight 14 year old as greedy?

It is greedy if you’re constantly stuffing yourself with treats instead of real food. Your weight is irrelevant. However if he’s glued to the computer that’s a much bigger problem. Computer hours need to be restricted and he needs to get out and do something. Turn the internet off if necessary.

Why aren't you answering about the gaming thing Confused I would turn the WiFi off for a few hours every evening see if it makes a difference...

... and if he likes squid it's easy to get frozen and pop in the oven to eat with a dip and some lemon to squeeze.

Is he autistic? This is common behaviour in autistic children, mine was the same but it got better in terms of volume of food, but still only certain foods and textures.

If he was constantly stuffing himself he wouldn’t be underweight. Dh is skinny, he eats one chocolate bar and doesn’t feel hungry for dinner. This doesn’t make him greedy.
Calling an underweight person greedy really isn’t helpful.
