There's a car in the car park at work (sometimes we arrive or leave at same time so I also see it being driven on the roads) driven by a twat of a Boy Racer. It's a souped up audi - tinted glass, big eff off exhaust, you know the type.
He drives it like a knob - revs, music, too fast, cutting people up amber lights are for wimps.
It's taxed and insured
Every time I see the car it raises my blood pressure. 
The young gentleman in question keeps it immaculate EXCEPT for the registration plate, that looks as though he's been cross country - it's absolutely caked in mud - it's almost as though he wants to obscure his number plate 
Should I just wipe them clean one day?
