He is tweeting the date of international men’s day to every person who wittily tweets asking when international men’s day is. Soooo funny. And last year he raised over £50k! Tomorrow is international women’s day so worth starting to search Richard K Herring out on Twitter. Over £7k raised so far....

I think it really highlights the point that most complaining men don't actually give a shit about having an international mens day. They just don't want us to have an international womens day. Kind of like the twonks that moan about the MOBO origins awards - 'why can't we have Music of white origin awards' - well off you go, you wassoch, no one's stopping you ...

I met him last year and he confirmed he turns down lots of invitations connected to this in order not to be a dick.

Having had a (senior) male colleague ask why we need to have International Women's Day, and women's-only networking organisations today, hoorah for this funding.

I love him. And as an post menopausal woman would bounce him off all my bedroom walls.
