To be totally confused by these blood results?

Had blood tests run recently for symptoms of fatigue, raised glands, sore throat and sore knees.
I haven't a clue what these all mean. I'm happy to hear they're all within the normal range but would like to know if theres anything to watch here / anything I can try to do to feel better as I'm so fed up feeling so poorly.
Anyone an expert?

Omg talk to your Doctor!! Why on earth are you on Mumsnet asking for medical advice. Your results are all normal. Provided you don’t drink too much, get enough sleep, and exercise just live your life.

Thanks to all the reassuring and informative posters. As for the last post - I’ve seen my gp anda seeing him to repeat the test next week. I have anxiety as stated and reached out for help and support as I thought MN was for. I am in pain and feeling ill and looking for answers I now feel ashamed to have asked

Nope you we're asking, you we're told you needed the gp which you've done.
I asked before I found out I had pv.
No problem.
People should RFT

Dont feel ashamed. Maybe [nothingleft] could read the thread and then maybe show a little compassion.

There was a poster on last night asking about her daughter where the

almondfinger · 07/03/2019 17:49

sorry
where the Gp was doing a wait and see. with some input from mumsnet she asked if it might be worth testing for diabetes. He DD was in A&E having Type 1 diabetes being brought under control. The GP asked her why she hadn't mentioned potential diabetes sooner ffs!!!!

The bloods are normal, the OP is not feeling any better, she is asking for ideas not diagnoses.

As the old adage goes, If you cant say anything nice.......

t1mum3 · 07/03/2019 18:44

@almondfinger - agree. That girl could have died and I'm not being overdramatic saying that. Dr Google saved my son's life in almost exactly the same circumstances and he wouldn't be nearly as healthy as he currently is if I didn't learn from online peer support groups all the time since his diagnosis. Yes, of course people on the internet can talk a load of shite, doesn't mean it all is though.

ElleDubloo · 07/03/2019 18:51

It could be glandular fever? Test for EBV and CMV. Agree Lyme disease is also worth considering.

ElleDubloo · 07/03/2019 18:53

I’d ignore the raised Hb. It’s nowhere near high enough to worry about polycythaemia. If I saw those results I wouldn’t give them a second thought.

Whatcouldpossiblygowrong · 07/03/2019 18:59

Thank you ElleDubloo I’m being tested for Lymes on Wednesday and already had a pos test for glandular fever but it was 2 yrs ago- and was the instigator of this whole thing. Haven’t felt right since.
Not to sound overly captain sensible here but just being kind to each other as mums, as women and just as human beings (since some mnetters are not mums and some are men) doesn’t take much effort and we’ve no idea what else is going on in people’s lives. For example I have anxiety- am in the most horrid pain and feel unwell- I’m carrying on working full time whilst parenting my two kids- one with SN and being there for my husband who has MH issues . It’s exhausting. This is the place I come not to be judged and just to be heard or for honest advice / opinion. It’s ahocked me since I came on here how people can respond- and I’m not referring to my own thread but just in general- you can have an opinion and show some compassion. I’ve got so much support on here in v difficult times though and vast majority do this already so- preaching to the converted mostly!

T1mum3 I agree- it’s not always a good idea to look on google before you’ve seen a dr- but in a situation like this when I’ve been time and time again and no one knows what’s up it’s worth a try! I’m always honest with the dr and tell them what I’ve read and ask their opinion- acknowledging its prob soemtngjnf they already know/ have thought about- they always tell me they prefer it than people who pretend they haven’t googled but blatantly have and are trying to manipulate a diagnosis anyway!

I wouldn’t be concerned by those tests. All labs have slightly different normal ranges, but the ‘generic’ one I was taught was 116-160 for women, so you’re within range.

Thank you mrsfionacharming good to know 👍
