The Bastard on News At Ten

So so angry. Did anyone see the report at the end of ITV news tonight where they were interviewing someone about sexual abuse of children? I have no idea who it was as I had just walked in from the kitchen and missed the beginning. But whoever he was, he said "we are not talking about minor touching" ......FFS there is no such thing as minor touching of children in sexual abuse. What an insensitive bastard he is!

I agree. Any touching is major touching to the child.

Was it related to Pell?

I was just reading about George Pell (was top Catholic position in Aus/3rd at Vatican) and his rape of 2 13 year old boys. One has since committed suicide and Pope tried to block Pell's extradition to Australia. So Catholic church are obviously keen to stamp out abuse (sarcasm)

Pell's barrister described Pells' 'sexual abuse of a 13-year-old choirboy as 'vanilla sexual penetration'.

WTF? The boy was 13. Bastard predators

This is no more than a plain, vanilla sexual penetration case where a child is not volunteering or actively participating,” he said.
That was the full quote Snag.
Two of our former pm gave character witness atatements after the guilty verdict.

Who said it?

I wonder if they were trying to say how it was obviously abuse by non-consensual sexual penetration and should have said no less than rather than no more than by mistake. It could be the same as where people speak and use double negatives by mistake.

If they really meant exactly what was said then that is appalling and makes the person who said it almost as bad as being the abuser.

@CoolJules43
It was his lawyer. I understand everyone gets a defence but to actually think up that sentence says alot about the lawyer.
