Ahh, so glad you are going with Rome, I love both places. However the Italians are so friendly and welcoming when you have little ones!

Not really, noisy is pretty much the default for children. I just think parents should not put people in a position where they are stuck listening to someone elses screaming baby for hours, with no where else to go. It ain't the kids fault it's crying, poor little mite probably has popping ears or something. But the fact is I don't like it when other people take their babies on a plane, so I certainly wouldn't be a hypocrite and do it with my own.

Another "dick who took a baby on a plane" here Grin DD was 9 months and good as gold with no end of people cooing over her! It honestly was one of the most relaxed journeys we've done OP, you'll be fine.

And Rome. Agree with all other comments it's the perfect place to go.

Light I can honestly say in all of my years flying (many) I've encountered more noisy, rude, bratty adults than kids. Sometimes we've got up to get bags from the overhead lockers on landing and realise for the first time there's a toddler sat behind us.

Hopefully your not projecting because you have kids who aren't great at flying?

Nope. Just been on a couple of screamy flights. But you are right about adults too, to be fair.
