I have orange lines on my face

This has been a problem for a month or two. I'm hoping someone can help!

So where the 'smile lines' are, from your nose to mouth - mine are orange. Like it looks like bad make-up. Now, I don't wear make-up (most of the time). I scrub, I moisturise, I use face wipes. These lines are still orange and it seems to just get worse and it looks terrible as I'm really pale.

I've attached a picture to show wear it is just incase it wasn't completely clear.

I've tried covering it with make-up on occasions and it hasn't worked.

Hormonal changes can also cause it, and it takes some time after being pregnant for your hormones to level out. The pill can also cause melasma.

My friends thought I used dark peach eyeshadow. I don't but I have an orange patch on both eyelids. I've never been pregnant but I do take the pill.

Mild jaundice or Gilbert's syndrome?
