Which ads do you actually like?

Inspired by the current threads about ads you can't stand, which ads do you think are good, funny, clever or all three, and why?

I love every single Dacia ad especially the ones for Duster. They are funny and don't take themselves too seriously. Unlike some car ads I could mention (the current Renault one with the 'virtual ambassador' which is just cringe).

Can't think of any others atm. I'll think of more I'm sure!

Any of the SpecsSavers ads. They’re funny and clever.

I also love the Cadbury advert with the little girl. Also the boiler one with the cats, and the Dreamies one with the man who attracts cats with them to make him look better for girls. I like the skeletor one too, although I have no idea why. Plus the penguin one for british gas (?), but then I love penguins!

Absolutely loath the Dacia ones, as I can't stand that guy's voice. Sorry.

I love the Viagra ad with the middle aged man sashaying down the stairs to Steve Harley's C'mon and see me/Make me smile. Makes me smile every time.

And there's one (for pet insurance?) with a dog playing a guitar with a cat on harmonica. Voice-over - when your pets got the blues.

Haven holidays with the two little girls on their bikes.

I also like the Flash poodle.

And the IKEA lion.

The bloke who is trying to describe a car accident where a horse in a poncho/tabard ran across the path of his car followed by a man in a dress etc on the way to Aylesbury - great humour and great acting by the bloke!

I like the Dacia Duster one especially the posh couple. It's not on much anymore though.

I liked the car ad with the cocky goat, I can't remember the car brand but like the goat. Think the goat would definitely not back down to the car though.

I personally find it hilarious that going on 50% of the choices on here are also being panned on the annoying ads thread!

About 20 years ago I saw this commercial for tomato ketchup, which tickled me - although almost nobody else seems to remember it (there was also another one about the glass bottle making it come out faster than only marmalade and rocks)...

It's interesting how many ads start with a cat or a dog, even if they're just part of the scenery. A nation of animal-lovers. The best way to grab the viewers' attention.
