On the basis they aren’t married, given they have two children together, and assuming she remained primary carer in the event of a split, the children would be entitled to the same lifestyle with their mother as their father and as such she would a decent maintenance awarded to her by the courts until such time as they hit 18 or whatever. . If she had any sense she’d save some of it. So no, I don’t think she is that vulnerable but far more so than if they were married. However it’s all relative.

Given his wealth , proceedings would be likely to take place at high court level & not the district court.

You only need to look at the case in the high court last week as an example- albeit settled out of court - of a wealthy person being pursued by their ex-partner for a fair share of the wealth they built together.
