Does anyone have any information on how soon waiting lists places are offered?
We are on a waiting list for a London girls school and I know that some offer holders have already informed the school that they will not be taking up their places.
I wonder if the secondary schools wait until after half term, assess how many waiting lists places they can offer, then send out the bulk of those offers? Or do they work piecemeal and make a waiting list offer as soon as a space is released by an offer holder?
Has anyone received a waiting list offer yet for any of the London girl's schools? Ie: JAG's, Putney High, Wimbledon High. It would be interesting to know as there are girls at our school who have already released offers for all of the above.
