But ideally not ebay. As I really don't want to be back and forth from Post office and last time I messed up the pricing. And ended up with a grand £1.25 for a bnwt girls next coat.. Yep I'm that useless.

We have everything clothes wise newborn to 6-9..all immaculate (as would of got rid of any that weren't)
I have activity tables, toys, crib bedding baby towel.. Everything basically

I want to just physically take it somewhere.. Would a car boot sale be worth it or those baby sale places that are normally Held in churches etc.

No particular rush as it's all boxed in lof lt so not in the way but don't want to just keep adding to it.

NCT sale. We got decent prices for everything and you dont even sell it yourself. You have to price it up yourself then deliver it. A few hours later we collected the money. Made loads and no haggling on prices. Look them up online for local sales. There are local companies in some areas too that sell tables for £10 or so then you go and sell it yourself, you want one that's specifically for baby things though as you'll sell more easily. I find car boots everyone wants something for nothing. Good luck with it.

Baby second hand shop.
Facebook market place.

Mrscog · 16/02/2019 07:43

Check the clothes - even those that are immaculate at the time can develop stains years later from the enzymes left behind by dribble etc. And I’d just give 0-3 away for free - in my experience they just don’t sell - focus on the bits that do.

Howzaboutye · 16/02/2019 07:43

A women's refuge, if you aren't bothered about it's second hand value. They always need baby stuff

TickleMeEmo · 16/02/2019 07:47

If you’re looking to sell definetly NCT sale
or similar (in our area we have Jack and Jill sales which are basically huge indoor car boot sales specifically for baby items), or just a car boot sale.
I’d you are just looking to make space and don’t care about getting money for your things then a women’s refuge or a local baby bank.

Huntawaymama · 16/02/2019 07:48

Facebook selling pages and market place are great.

WingBingo · 16/02/2019 07:50

Facebook marketplace. I’ve had a lot of success there, plus you can specify collection only.

Then donate the rest to charity.

JaffacakesAreCakesNotBiscuits · 16/02/2019 07:52

Thank you.
Everything has been checked properly and is in storage boxes the plastic ones in the loft. Baby is only 11m so non been there for years or anything.

I've charity shopped some, And some has already gone to a friend that takes it to women's refuge as she works with the ladies.. Especially lots of essentials. Add found a jumbo box of nappies I forgot about that were 2 sizes too small so put in food bank.

No doubt when u get it all down I'll re sort.

Were just very much on the fence of ttc again.. This weekends discussion as we too and throw in the idea. ( well me born dp he's all for it) so if decided a No. Then will get and sort. If a yes I'll keep for a bit as told myself I'll only ttc for 18m due to age and previous issues.

I do a combination of NCT sales and Facebook marketplace. The NCT take at least 25%, some take more so it’s not ideal if you want to sell something for £££S, like a secondhand designer pram or something. In those situations I use Facebook marketplace x

JaffacakesAreCakesNotBiscuits · 16/02/2019 07:59

Thank you. I'll try fb again. Last time I had a lot of time wasters but will look again x

The NCT sales are great forgetting rid of a load of cheaper items in one go, but you won’t get much back, maybe 50p per item of clothing. I also sell my bigger items that have been on Facebook marketplace for a while and not sold but I know I’ll lose quite a bit in NCT commission

Have mine to a hostel and help centre for teenage and young mums when we relocated - they took everything and collected on our moving day, got several thank you letters from the recipients (they are encouraged to write to teach responsibility apparently).
