It's 12 degrees and dry and sunny today. That's fine for drying, isn't it? Doubting myself as none of my neighbours seem to be drying stuff outside yet.

Last weekend I started. Currently just hanging out the stuff that won't go in the tumble dryer and just finishing off inside.

I love doing laundry(weird but there you are).
Definitely weird! 😁

Mimd you, there's nothing more satisfying than a line full of washing, that is until you realise that you're actually looking at a basketful of ironing.🤣

Stuff out here

Grumpasaurous · 15/02/2019 13:56

I’ve got a washing line on my wish list. I just need somewhere to put it, the dog decided the last one would make a great carousel. Along with my towels 🙈😂

Orangedaisy · 15/02/2019 14:04

I have mine out-all the big, easy to peg stuff. And used tumble drier for all the underwear; we have solar panels so when it’s glorious like this it’s free to run the drier. Best of both worlds.

Oddsocksandmeatballs · 15/02/2019 14:06

I didn't know you had to stop. If it is fine and dry the washing goes out regardless of the season or whether or not the neighbour has washing out.

ambereeree · 15/02/2019 14:06

Regret not starting the machine earlier.

PhilomenaButterfly · 15/02/2019 14:07

When it gets to 20°C. We're in the basement, so overshadowed by walls, and I need the DC's uniforms to dry in 24 hours.

LoniceraJaponica · 15/02/2019 14:07

At this time of year my washing just won't dry outside. Our garden is too small to get any sun on it yet, and it is still too damp.

Birdsgottafly · 15/02/2019 14:11

I've been putting mine out mine the strong winds started about three weeks ago.

I've had to buy extra pegs to keep the stuff on the line, but it's been great to get the Christmas decorations down and not have washing drying indoors. There seems to be much more space.

ILoveMaxiBondi · 15/02/2019 14:16

My garden is really sheltered so washing rarely dries outside other than in summer but my neighbour behind is on higher ground and has a gap between her house and next door so she gets great wind blowing her washing dry all year round. I’m very jealous.

Limensoda · 15/02/2019 14:19

Whenever the sun shines.

StealthPolarBear · 15/02/2019 14:20

If I had a working washing machine I'd have stuff out today
