Is a way to check up on what parents are feeding their kids.

My 4 year old has been sent one home for half term and I'm feeling a tad miffed by it, they don't give me a food diary for what my child is eating at nursery - why should I? - aibu and over sensitive or not?

It will be to teach children about healthy eating. They can go through and put the foods they have eaten into groups. I.e fruit and veg, carbs, protein, treats etc. Either do it properly or lie about the food they eat or dont do it I promise you no one will.care.

It's all about teaching kids about healthy eating and different food groups, given the number of overweight children and adults this can only be a good thing.

If you want to make a menu up that is fine, I'm sure you'll easily find a thread on here with a healthy children's diet it normally has the words, free range, organic and from scratch in it 😁
