To think the apple crunch Milk Tray is absolutely vile?

Got a box of Milk Tray from DH today (not really sure why, we never normally bother with Valentine's as our wedding anniversary is close) and DD and I have just started scoffing sampling them.

Haven't had these chocolates for a while and I think the Apple Crunch one might be new? Anyway, what were they thinking? It's foul. I can't get rid of the taste in my mouth

Milk tray used to be my favourite...used to look forward to the Turkish delight and then they swapped for that horrible apple thing...have no idea who actually likes that one!

Need a Lindor ball badly. Apple crunch sounds hellish. Discovered ALDI chocolate buttons recently, now those are cracking.

What are the best Lindor ball flavour? I don’t normally ever like mint chocolate but the mint ones they had over Xmas were amazing!

Ooh I love a Fruity Chocolate actually, especially an orange or lemon creme, but apple? Not too sure about that.

The best individual chocolate is in Dairy Box and it's the rose cream flavour one. The Milk Tray apple crunch is horrible.

My dog liked them all when he got hold of a box at Christmas.... £300 vets bill later made it a very expensive box of chocolates.. but I'm so lucky that he was ok. Can't believe I made such a stupid mistake and will probably never be able to buy milk tray again!!
