AIBU to complain when my husband types memos into his phone at 1:22 in bed

My husband of 20 years thinks it's acceptable to light up the bedroom in the early hours of the morning and type memos into his phone, waking me up. I say he is awake and should go elsewhere to do it.

He has always worked extremely hard and the notes are regarding work or more recently questions about a recent house purchase. We have opened a " pandora s box" yes.....we have communication issues and have seen a marriage guidance councillor yesterday who was actually very very good.........I think there may be some hope for us ...!
