Broke up with "D"P last night because I was sick of being dismissed and called names, went in to work today, and a colleague of mine (who is his mate) came up to me and said that she has heard about what happened. Okay, fair enough.
The problem is that she proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't be so harsh on him because "that's just the way it is with scorpios"??? She's always used horoscopes to explain behaviours/personalities which doesn't bother me but using it in this context really pisses me off.
I don't know if it's a compounding of everything that has happened today or if I'm just particularly sensitive, so Mumsnet rant it is before I say something to her that I'll regret. Maybe I'm the one that's being ridiculous about everything.
