Anyone awake and why (except kids)

why am I still up?? Going to hate myself Tomoz but watching trash and drinking wine! I hate me!

im up till 7-8am everynight as kids dont sleep

we dont get up till 3-4 pm though

I’ve only been asleep for about 20 minutes in the last 6hrs due to a sleep refusing DS age 1!
Don’t want to wake DH as it’s his first day in a new job but I’m on the verge of hysterical crying I’m so tired.
DS feels feverish so I’ve stripped him to a nappy, gave Nurofen and Anbesol, and he’s currently climbing all over the bed!

Worrying about everything and anything really ... like being awake this late and tired tomorrow is going to help..
Had a big chat with dh.. marriage isn't great. Not bad in any serious way and we will work through things.

I’m alternating throwing up and breastfeeding. Horrible horrible virus.

It's absolutely pissing it down outside.

Not sure why I'm not asleep

Frantically completing access course assignment at 4am as it’s the only time I have to do it, feeling very sorry for myself cause my works crap and basic even though I’m trying so hard. Don’t even know why I’m bothering 🙄

I am awake because I have been writing about my life and the things that have affected me most. Just an exercise not going to write my life story and have it published. People would just not believe it.

Baby usually wakes up round about now do I do too. She hasn't yet and I can't get back to sleep in case she does.

8.22 am here

I had an early night and then got up to watch the superbowl. Then I decided that going back to sleep was pointless and I may as well just stay up.

It's been a long while since I've been up for the day at this time and it's not because one of the kids has woken me up.

awake as its afternoon here in Australia .

I've had a horrible virus for the last couple of days and have spent most of it shivering under stacks of duvets and blankets, and sleeping on off. I'm feeling quite awake now but at least everything has stopped hurting, which I hope means it will be gone soon.

My young adult DCs have both had it too, and it's just the 3 of us plus cat here. Amazon prime now is my new favourite thing. Fruit juice, smoothies, lemsip and strepsils delivered within 2 hours without anyone having to go out.

It's also summer in Australia, isn't it?

Why did I think it was a good idea to stay up? It's not going to be light for hours!

Sympathies for all of you filled with lurgy.

I woke up nearly an hour ago and can't get back to sleep now. Have to transfer job to a new company in a month, have a choice of two and the decision is weighing on my mind. Need to give my decision later today though so need to decide

Been awake since half 2 - post night shift insomnia. Grieving for my lovely Nan who I miss so very much. My OH snoring away beside me. Debating getting up and showering and starting the day:

I'm up, sleep seem abandoned me when the menopause moved in. I have yet to fall asleep, thank goodness I'm not working today and can sleep a little late (I hope) last day of a week of AL really dreading going back to work. I like my mw job well enough but it was only ever meant to be a temporary thing until I could get something more fitting with my fairly recently gained degrees,(very mature student) but being a recent graduate that is well over 50 seems to deter prospective employers.

And I hate to say but when all you poor folk wake up it’s torrential rain
