Rachel Allen’s chicken, bacon and carrot casserole- on a day like this it’s the only thing you’d want to be eating.

(I’m making it now)

You mention that you like fish, try wrapping it in a foil parcel before baking it in the oven.

It works well for fish like salmon or cod or haddock. Add a knob of butter and a splash of white wine before sealing the parcel. You can add vegetables too, slices of tomato & some olives and garlic added to cod for instance.
Serve with a pouch of microwave rice, throw away the pouch and the foil at the end of cooking... Taaddaaa! Wine Wine

I'm doing chicken and peas tonight!
Will report back.
I love fish
I have lots of great recipes it's just I don't want to stand over the hob tonight as my back has been really bothering me recently and I'm pregnant

One pot lasagne? How the hell would you do that? It might cook in one pot, but takes 70 thousand pans, whisks and spoons to prepare.

Looks lovely 😋 I think I’ll do that tonight!

@boringlyboring we really enjoyed it
I did it with angel hair pasta actually cooked in stock and then absorbed all the stock .
Stirred through butter and Parmesan and then put the chicken leek and peas on top

We really enjoyed it and the comments about the peas tasting stronger then if cooked quickly is really true

Enjoy
