I used to love this show but the current series is utter shite. Badly written, full of tropes and cliches, appalling dialogue, crap acting and totally unrealistic situations. Think series link is being deleted swiftly.

The true story one? Yeah it was good tbf.

Ooh I think James Nesbitt is getting better with age. I was watching Cold Feet before and thought 'I would'.

This week vs last week, Adam's hair was greyer and his brows were much much darker.
This distracted me from his shoulders.

I think James Nesbitt is quite attractive. Never noticed his shoulders, just googled some pictures of him but still can't tell, they don't look abnormally small to me.

I still like it, obviously not as good as the first time round and a bit cringey.

Adam really gets on my nerves.

Karen and David are probably why I am sticking with it. I love David, wish he sort of revert back to his up his own arse, banker wanker type that he was in the 90s.

As someone going through breast cancer treatment I think Fay Ripley is doing a great job with the cancer story. So many emotions that I went through on diagnosis. It is making me cry rather than laugh a lot though.

I agree OP. Used to love this but it's run of steam. Too depressing now. Used to be spontaneously funny. Now it's tired and overly scripted. Shame.

I agree, when he was banker wanker he was great. I also loved when he was in prison and said boarding school was a good preparation for it!
His ex-boss American Natalie should swoop back in and offer him a job.

I find the relationship between Adam and his 17 year old son really creepy and inappropriate, the writer seems so out of touch with modern teenagers, like he’s basing it on his experience 35/40 years ago and superimposing it on young actors.

Everything about Adam is just creepy now and I think the blossoming romance with Karen is lazy and disappointing. I really hope it doesn't go any further. She could do a lot better than such a predatory creep (one who chatted online to her daughter )

David and Pete are just being treated as comedy sidelines which is a shame as it used to be more of an ensemble piece.
