Mya Cosmetic Surgery Ad on TV - Really?!

Just seen an advert on Sky Atlantic for Mya Cosmetic Surgery. Featuring a few TOWIE-alikes, one weightlifting in an absurdly low cut sports bra, boobs jiggling everywhere, another horse riding, more bouncing boobs.

Is this what we have to put up with now? As if the subliminal messaging isn’t enough, now we have adverts that are pretty much just “look at my massive silicone tits!!”

Is it any different from look at my shiny long hair (that I achieve with copious extensions)? Or look at my diet yoghurt that gives me a flat tum (if you ignore my tummy tuck and my trainer)? It was ever thus.

I suppose the swishy hair adverts feel less like in-your-face sexual objectification (with perhaps the exception of herbal essences orgasm shampoo)

I remember they used Funda who’d been in made in Chelsea as a model and I don’t think she’d even had any cosmetic surgery so it’s just plain false advertising. I feel sorry for the women they target who are probably perfect the way they are but being convinced they’re not good enough.

I hate these adverts, not much bothers me on tele but these make me really mad. The one I've seen implies that all these women were miserable until they got massive fake knockers which isn't a message I think young girls should be seeing.

And yes they are different from look at my shiny hair or look at my yoghurt induced flat tummy because they aren't encouraging women to spend thousands of pounds on actual surgery for a fake looking body which can lead too all sorts of complications years down the line.

Surgery is dangerous "magical" yoghurt is not.
