Crystal wine glasses

Are crystal wine and whiskey glasses old fashioned?

I love crystal glasses and i don’t think they will ever date, they are very stylish.

I agree just use them! I like charity shops for beautiful, cheap as chips, crystal glasses.

High quality crystal glasses never go out of style, in my opinion. Regardless of their style.

I inherited all my grandmother's crystal glasses and dinner service. I use them all every day. I am not my own archivist. Either I use them or need to lose them. They are all far too pretty to go to waste and if they break, c'est la vie. Using them makes me happy, it's what they are for!

Definitely don’t keep for best! You are more likely to break them then as you’re not used to the weight of them etc. Use them when you have a Friday night glass of wine. Love a good crystal glass

Ours we done when we lived in Gibraltar. Gib Crystal the company is called. We chose the stem colours, the cut of the glass, glass design. I'll post a pic in a bit

I knew I had 4 styles thought the wine one was gin

I inherited the two dresserfuls of crystal that my parents had. I try to use them all the time, just as my parents did. Five trifle bowls are perhaps a bit OTT but Mum did come from the heart of the crystal industry so wedding and anniversary presents galore.
