Or at least grossly unrealistic?!
I'm a single parent to two under 3. No Dad on the scene and limited support for childcare. Depressed at the thought of forever struggling financially, not being able to give the best for my kids and having no focus.
When thinking of what I'd like to do (hv/occupational therapy/speech and language etc) it requires a degree.
I'm trying to figure out if it's realistic and how to go about it. I would have to do an access course initially as I only ever got up an NVQ3 due to needing to care for family.
Anybody got any words of advice? I know it'll take a long time but I figure that even if I did the degree and didn't end up in the intended career, a health degree will always be viewed as valuable and give me better prospects.
