DS has -
Sandwich
Biscuit
Yogurt
fruit
cheese (string or similar)
crisps

Would love some inspiration, would also love to be healthier, but DS isnt a big veg eater(I would love him to be-will eat sweetcorn, carrots and peas) What does everyone else put in there kids lunch box?

Pasta salad - cooked pasta with chopped up vegetables (whatever they particularly like - DN likes cucumber, cherry tomato and spring onion, but I'm sure peas sweetcorn and grated carrot would work) salad dressing and a bit of chopped cheese or ham and provide a plastic fork.

I also do pasta salad with some combo of olive oil/mayo veggies/tomatoes/salad ham/tuna/othermeat. DC both love Tortillini.

Crackers and Cheese

Homemade banana muffins (I make a huge stack and freeze them)

Homemade banana Pancakes (again make a stack and free them)

Wraps

Cold Spanish Omelette (with extra veggies inside)

Pastapot
Hummus or cheese spread & breadsticks
Pizza wraps
Fruit sticks with chocolate spread dip
Chicken legs with baby sweetcorn or peapods
Mini fajita wraps.. put mini wraps in and pot up shredded chicken grated cheese and whatever sauces they like to make up themselves with baby tomatoes & shredded lettuce
Flask of homemade soup & 1/2 filled roll.
Foodflask with last nights dinner leftovers eg mince n potatoes.. curry n rice.. chilli n rice or wraps. You can grate veggies n hide it in the meal when cooking the soup or casseroles.
Doritos with salsa and carrot and celery sticks.
Jelly pots with fruit set in and squirty cream on top with sprinkles.

They are all pretty good, but just make sure they are the healthiest versions you can manage.

Can the sandwich be brown bread (or at least the 50/50 one) with a healthy filling?

Swop the biscuit for oat cakes or rice cakes

The yoghurt, not a sugary crap one. A little container with Greek yoghurts and maybe some honey and seeds

Maybe a pot of hummus and carrots

Drop the cheese strings and just cut up some cubes of actual cheese, much less chemicals and crap

My ds is ok, not a huge fan of veggies but I try to avoid the over processed rubbish that they peddle to kids and just give him simple straight forward stuff

I agree with pasta salads, a great way to sneak some veggies in there too, try grating some apple and throw in a handful of plump raisins, you might be able to sneak in more veggies.
Wraps rather than sandwiches.
Do you bake? Quiche can be packed with all manner of veggies.
Breadsticks, cheese and hummus, like a sort of de-constructed sandwich with grapes and cherry tomatoes (chopped to suit your dc age)

Quorn do cocktail sausages and scotch eggs which are really tasty.

Can you send a food flask with leftovers in? Ds has last night's dinner again for lunch a couple of times a week. If we over complicate it, he won't eat it all - not because he's being picky, because he wants to go and play with his friends and it takes too long. They have a sandwich and biscuit and off! Meat on brown is our other option as he doesn't like cheese and isn't a salad fan. Piece of fruit and a yoghurt or a plain biscuit. (Fig roll type).

My Dc seem to eat anything if it's on a skewer! They're also a great way to use up whatever we've got in the fridge - chunks of cheese, diced chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, strips of ham, cubes of bread, chopped up sausage etc... I've loaded some picture for inspiration.
You could swap the crisps for: breadsticks, flavoured rice cakes, popcorn or cheese straws.

I used to send him a hot bento box with pasta or shepherds pie etc.
You can buy them at the Range. About £5.99.
