To ask about all inclusive holiday villages

I’m looking at booking a First Choice Holiday Village (one of the ones aimed at families). I can’t see anywhere on the details whether things like the kids clubs are included and if not how much they cost. There is a number for me to ring if I have any questions, but I’d rather not have the hard sell as it’s just something we’re looking into and pricing up for now, we are not ready to book.
I’ve never been on an all inclusive before, I can see that meals, snacks and drinks are included, but can’t see any info on kids clubs (apart from the fact that they have them).
Thanks :)

Kids clubs are really done as they have about 4 or 5 sessions a day. They each have different themes so the kids can just pick whichever ones they fancy on the day. I think each session was 1.5 hours and there was 1/2 hour break between sessions so you couldn’t leave kids there back to back. The kids club was free apart a couple of the parties in the evening which were a few Euro each (incl the ever popular chocolate party!)

Kids club was really excellent. My kids would have lived there if they could! All staff are british and DBS checked etc

We did HV Menorca 3 times when the kids where smaller - as a single parent it was a godsend - they loved the free kids clubs and I got to read!
