I've been having a irregular heartbeat since may.
I was getting around 50 extra heartbeats a day (PVCs) a day
Doctor sent me to cardiologist and they did a monitor (this only picked up 3 that day ) and heart scan which was normal.
Since then I'm now getting thousands a day and back and rib pain with them.
I went to doctors today and she said she wouldn't refer me back to cardio as I was only there July.
Aibu to complain to practice?

My aneamia gave me horrible palpitations to the point where I ended up in a&e. Nothing found on investigation and since I've sorted the aneamia I'm so much better.

Just keep on keeping on
Day by day
2019 is the year you tackle this
You need positive affirmations like this
It is what helps me

Well done op re your last post. Just accepting it’s anxiety is a huge step forward. Just make sure you do keep taking the sertraline every single day. If you stop and start you’ll never build it up in your system properly and it won’t work.

Hey SallyBally335

how are you doing?

sallybally335 · 10/01/2019 14:11

My gp today said she doesn't think my PVCs are anxiety related as they are happening too much
I said what is going on then?
She said she didn't know

@sallybally335 Do you consume a lot of caffeine, chocolate, cola or wine (especially red). The cardiologist told me to cut them out and I did and the PVCs went completely away.

I still get them if I drink caffeinated tea, coffee and coke.

sallybally335 · 10/01/2019 14:26

I drink no caffeine at all

Regardless of your GP I think there is a strong case for pursuing help with your anxiety as it appears (from what you’ve said) to be very much present. It won’t do you harm to receive some CBT for health anxiety. Ask your GP to refer you anyway OP, it will hope you cope better with uncertainty.
