Not been invited on works do

I've only been working with the company for 1 month, in all fairness, but they openly talk about 2 work dos they have coming up in front of me most work days. I'm quite reserved and awkward and don't want to feel intrusive by asking, but they just talk about it amongst each other and their plans, outfits etc and I get cut out of those parts of conversation. AIBU to feel a bit pushed out - even if I'm still new?

I had similar one year. Yeah fuck you Emma with you turned up nose. I had worked for the company for 6 weeks along with another lady. Neither of us were invited, she was too shy to ask, but when loads of conversations were going on about what people were planning to wear I went to ask the organiser if the other new starter and I were invited. Lots of fake embarrassment and oh no, we didn’t know you’d be joining when we booked. Well they did, because both of us had worked our months notice a and the jobs were well known. Emma was cross becaue her friend didn’t get the job I got. Never forgot that feeling and didn’t bother going to any works dos from then on as I couldn’t be arsed with the pettiness.
