Where to buy birthday cake for DH

Where do you normally buy cakes for DH birthday? Looking for something cheap from a supermarket but can't find anything suitable, they all seem to be for kids or girly ones and the only others are chocolate which he doesn't like.

Last year I got a fresh cream strawberry one from a local bakery and the year before I made one and decorated it with butter cream but don't have time to do this and am really not very artistic.

So looking for all cheap and cheerful ideas of which cake or an easy to make one.

M&S definitely. I ordered a flamingo cake for my sister's 40th and it was fabulous! Looked great and tasted yummy. Everyone was raving about it!! After a fair bit of research I can safely say that M&S made to order cakes are a really good mid-range option in between the cheaper off the shelf ones and the independent cake makers (some of the quotes from them were eye watering!!)
