To not know what to do with this plant or what it is..

These two plants were in my xmass flowers from Lidl last year. All flowers kept fresh for nearly two weeks. I normally remove dead ones first to keep them longer. In the end these two stalks started growing roots. I changed the water and kept them. To my surprise they have kept well and alive for a year. However when I have got new flowers and added in the vase, I noticed they would look unhappy. I tried to Google to see what this plant is called and what I can add in the water for healthy leaf but with no name to go with 🤔 no results. So I thought I will post here for traffic and see if there are keen gardeners out there... I actually like it. Accidental find.

Well done for rooting them well in water. What they need now is soil!! Pot them up and they will continue to thrive.

And don't be afraid to cut them right back to 2-3 leaves. They will regenerate quicker. If you plant all that in soil they will be more stressed as there is more plant to support.

Is it some kind of bamboo?

Looks like a dracaena to me.

Thank you everyone... I googled Dracaena, it does look similar. Maybe if I cut it back like suggested by fc301 it might grow into a shrub like the Dracaena. I will wait till it's warmer to do that though.
