Part of a mystery puzzle - all clues lead to this picture. What does this text mean?

I'm feeling slightly smug that it took me about a minute to work it out 😂

I'm feeling less smug that I have no idea about the next stage though!!

I ran it through a hex translator. It's a website that starts www.wearethenewl and then turns into gibberish, I need to look again as I've clearly put some characters in wrong.

If you're a big puzzle nerd and have lots of time and headspace (and possibly a laptop/ desktop pc with a few programmes like Photoshop) you might like Ouverture Facile (Google it). I spent a long time on it several years ago. It's a project though!

Sorry for taking so long to come back - lots on excuses including sickness and root canals etc. Still, here is the beginning of the mystery. The aim is to provide the name of the next victim.

I do now know the answer. It originates from a company in Exeter called red house mysteries. Great escape room place.
