Really hot water with lemon juice in is the bollocks for bloating. Doesn't have to be fresh lemon either, I use a jiffy lemon that's been in there since pancake day because I'm common as muck Grin

You need to get your ovaries checked for cysts and anything more sinister. GP is first port of call.

I've taken Agnus vastus, and vit b6 for PMT and it reduced it from 2 weeks a month to just 2/3 days.
After my last baby, I was persuaded by the practice nurse to try the mini pill. It was not for me, mood swings and depression after a few weeks of taking it. I'm back on the b vits and Agnus now.

I suffered from bloating and tummy pains for years- turned out I was reacting to tea!! I drink lots of fruit tea now and strangely can manage coffee Hmm

Honestly, cut out all dairy. The hormones from a cow are far too much when your hormones are already running high. Xx

Was considering cutting these out

Thank you

Oat milk instead??

Hi I just wanted some in dept info from anyone who has had same experience as me. I have Pcos my periods are literally non existent. Last year I took Femlieve Angus cactus tablets from Holland and barrets after reading reviews to regulate my cycles. 2 months later I found out I was pregnant. I don’t know if this was due to be taking the tablets. I am now trying to conceive again and have started taking Angus cactus again it’s been just over a week but on the back of the box it says do not take if TCC. Has anyone taken Femlieve Angus Cactus From Holland and Barrets and got pregnant? If so what dosage as it says take 1 tablet daily! Any advice will be helpful please?
