AIBU to feel anxiety about the year ahead?

I'm not sure if I'll word this right and I'll just hope you all will understand what I mean!
Does anyone get anxiety over making plans for 2019? You know how you see every one who say they're going on a day out in February then on a mini break in March and a couples break away in June, then the family holiday in August and everything else in between...
I feel a real sense of anxiety that I don't actually have anything "fun" planned yet and then I worry that I won't have anything to look forward too for the coming year and then jealously and envy sets in. Please tell me I'm not the only one who experiences this?

I get this. I wont book holidays anymore than about a month in advance, after all, i might be dead/bankrupt/in hospital/broke/insert your own disaster.

However i have bpd and extreme anxiety.

Every year i dread new year.

I’m guessing this is Facebook related? I don’t know anyone who tells me their exact plans for next year unless it’s already booked and even then it’s just one thing, not like “we’re doing X in February and going to Y in March”

Just focus on making your own plans about your and your own, not anybody else, or what they might think of them.

This sounds dreadful. It seems too regimented with little leeway. then there's all the expectations that come with events that are pre-planned so far ahead. All that pressure to have everything perfect and organised. Sod that. I've always thought the best times are spontaneous, like an impromptu BBQ on an unexpectedly hot day or a bargain last minute flight. The best funtimes are unplanned.
