Mnet i need you - can i boil this gammon joint?

I messed up i think. Bought this gammon joint from sainsbo instead of our usual from the butchers.

It says its "formed from selected cuts of pork" it does have netting. My worry is if i boil it (in coke) its going to fall to bits.

Quick - what do i do?

We bunged ours in the pressure cooker with apple juice for like an hour then honeyed and ovened it. It's yummy.

Its what we had for tea tonight

I had that one and cooked/simmered it in the netting for 3hrs, from cold in fruit juice.
